
Smartapp reviews update#
We will try to update the review, if the situation gets resolved. Is Smart App legit and worth joining Get real member reviews, payment details and more on SurveyPolice - the webs largest online survey reviews site. Now 4 month passed since the initial order, and nothing is received. We still need to buy the computer, and we hope to get the money back. Smartapp is still convincing us that we will get the reimbursement, but we are getting tired of these empty promises. We wrote complaints, but received no replies.

After many attempts to clarify the situation with smartapp and the GLS shipping company, we realized that the shipping dates claimed by smartapp and the GLS do not match. In reality there were no notification about the package, no call, no letter, no package, nothing. When we came back home after a month, nothing arrived, so we called the customer support, and they said that we were supposed to receive it back in August, when we were away from home out of Europe. This laptop was supposed to be very important for the trip, but since they could not deliver it as they promissed, I had to use my old laptop for the work and the business trip, meaning that several plans had to be canceled, because I needed the new laptop for a specific job. The smartapp staff knew exactly the date we were leaving and the date we were coming back. They said that they cannot cancel the order anymore and that they will try to ship it later after a month, when we will be back home. We called many many times, and even when we were already heading to the airport, we called them again asking to cancel the order. Their email does not work, because each time we sent an email to it returned Undeliverable Error. We also sent them messages in chat, asking if they manage to ship it, however, there were no reply. We explained that we will need to leave home for one month during August-September and won’t be able to receive the delayed package after a certain date. We waited for two weeks, nothing arrived, we continued calling the costumer support, asking for approximate date of arrival, however they were simply unprofessional, telling us to wait for a notice. The package was not shipped in the promised period nor later. This time the required macbook was not available for immediate shipping from mondoshop, and since we were in a hurry to get the computer due to an important upcoming business trip, we decided to order it from, since they claimed the disponibility with 3/5 days delivery time, despite 100€ more expensive option for the same configuration. Previously, we have ordered macbooks from mondoshop and had absolutely great experience with them in terms of timing and customer support, and usually their prices are much cheaper.

Smartapp staff still encourages us to wait after 4 months have passed with no results.
